Firefly - is an online, centralized, collaboration portal used to manage and track firehouse operations.

Firefly is used to define, manage and store critical fire department information such as: operating procedures, run reports, pre-fire plans, response protocols, equipment documentation, training videos, local maps, local town and school recovery plans, FEMA documentation, and much more.

Besides online storage and tracking of documentation, customized data lists can be created to list and track fire management data such as; incident reporting, issued permits, equipment maintenance, department contacts, local contacts, training, fire code violations and much more.

EverGreen has developed Firefly based on Microsoft’s Windows SharePoint Services and in collaboration with area Fire Chiefs. Therefore, the Firefly architecture contains many fire related collaboration features such as automated email alerts, RSS feeds, tracking of additions / modifications of documents and data lists, document version control, incident discussion boards, surveys, link lists, calendar, announcements and much more.
