Customer Training
Web-Training – EverGreen provides a monthly 4 hour Administrator web training refresher seminar. This course is targeted towards Administrators who have previously had EverGreen’s three day Training Course. It is intended to be a refresher course, as well as to answer user questions and provided updates on the latest software releases.
On-Site Training – EverGreen provides a three day on-site training program targeted towards new users of the EverGreen software. This course is intended for those who are planning to be Administrators or Team leaders for EverGreen software and will coordinate and implement their business continuity program. The course is designed to teach the use of the EverGreen software, as well as to assist Administrators and Team Leaders in setting up their organizational structures and building the business continuity program framework for their organization.
EverGreen provides several levels of BC Services to assist customers with developing and managing their complete business continuity program.
Our two most popular training/services programs include a 10 day, and a 20 day BC Services. The BC Service provides 10 or 20 days of EverGreen expertise to assist customers in developing their business continuity program. Customers often are very knowledgeable of their operations, but need assistance. EverGreen is flexible to assist with any area that needs support.
Our BCaaS program allows customers to outsource their entire BC/DR Program to EverGreen.
EverGreen understands the importance of Training as you will see in the EverGreen Customer Training Services we offer. In addition EverGreen includes on-line tutotials and integrated User Manuals.
