The EMP is intended to provide a collaborative Emergency Management environment whereby organizations can centralize critical emergency management information. This includes hosting and management of critical documents, spreadsheets, and diagrams. The portal also provides capabilities for authorized participants to create Emergency Management program announcements, schedule calendar events, create team discussion boards, set links to other Emergency Management related websites, create lists of contacts, tasks, and assets as required.

Depending on the complexity of your environment, an organization can also create a cascading hierarchy of sub-sites each with their own content. EverGreen has taken the time to align the portal to NIMS, FEMA’s National Incident Management System in terms of its structure of document libraries and data listings. However, due to the flexibility of the solution, EverGreen can work with your organization to customize the site to your specific needs.

The true value of the EverSafe solution lies within the centralization and collaboration of critical information, such that this information can be readily accessed at the time of a crisis. All of this is hosted offsite within EverGreen’s secure Tier IV datacenter.
