Web-Training – EverGreen provides a monthly 4 hour Mitigator Administrator web training refresher seminar. This course is targeted towards Mitigator Administrators who have previously had EverGreen’s three day Mitigator Training Course. It is intended to be a refresher course, as well as to answer user questions and provided updates on the latest Mitigator software releases.

On-Site Training – EverGreen provides a three day on-site Mitigator training program targeted towards new users of the Mitigator software. This course is intended for those who are planning to be Administrators or Team leaders for Mitigator software and will coordinate and implement their business continuity program. The course is designed to teach the use of the Mitigator software, as well as to assist Mitigator Administrator and Team Leaders in setting up their organizational structures and building the business continuity program framework for their organization.

Quick Start Services – EverGreen provides several levels of professional services to assist customers with developing and managing their complete business continuity program. Please refer to the Professional Services Section of this web-site.

Our two most popular training/services programs include a 10 day, and a 20 day Quick Start Service. The Quick Start Service provides 10 or 20 days of EverGreen expertise to assist customers in developing their business continuity program. Customers often are very knowledgeable of their operations, but need assistance. EverGreen is flexible to assist with any area that needs support.
